TIMMY MIDCURVE

Effective October 23, 2026

Privacy policy

Timmy MidCurve is a privately operated production application used by Phil Mannle for the Timmy MidCurve creator channels. This policy covers the application’s Google and YouTube integration and this public information website.

Information we access

When the operator authorizes Google access, the application receives OAuth credentials and can access the connected YouTube channel’s identity, videos, comments, and channel analytics within the permissions granted. It also uses public video metadata, statistics, and comments for editorial research. The application does not receive your Google password.

How information is used

Data supports video research, script and cut review, channel identity checks, comment and reply workflows, and analysis of the operator’s own channel performance. Commenting requires the applicable workflow to be enabled or explicitly invoked. Public source information may be used in original commentary and credited source references.

Storage and retention

OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are stored in a local environment file excluded from version control; access tokens are held in application memory. Research records, review decisions, and analytics results are stored locally. Public research API observations are subject to the application’s maximum 30-day research retention window. Other production records remain until removed by the operator. Local credential backups may be retained during reconnection and must also be removed when deleting credentials.

Sharing and service providers

Google and YouTube receive API requests needed to provide authorized features. Cloudflare hosts this public website and may process standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure it. The local production pipeline may use configured AI and media providers, including OpenAI and ElevenLabs, to process selected scripts, source excerpts, or media for editorial production. Postiz processes publishing content and connected-platform information when publishing is requested. Google OAuth secrets are not included in the public website or sent as production content to these providers.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or data brokerage. Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Timmy MidCurve’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control, revocation, and deletion

You can revoke the application’s Google access at any time through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase locally stored records. To request deletion of credentials, backups, or stored account data, contact phil.mannle@gmail.com. Public YouTube content remains subject to YouTube’s controls.

Website and security

This public site has no account login, advertising, analytics scripts, or application tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational request logs. The operator limits application access to their local environment; the public site does not expose the review database or OAuth credentials.
